I'm not sure about this Liverpool Way stuff in this instance. I can't recall, off hand, a similar scenario - we tended, in fact, to just bomb our greats right out of Anfield. The idea there was huge sentimentality is a bit of a myth.

Yep. Carra rarely gets to them, likewise Skrtel. Agger does but his heading ability is no where near Sami's.
