He can't change matches when it's going against him tactically, he often makes a sub that makes a difference, but his tactical changes rarely do.
He has never won a clinch big match, & that's the biggest thing for me. When the chips are down he can't hack it. That's a terrible thing in a manager.
And he buys loads of shit fucking players. Can't wait for him to go.
