It's working perfectly for me.

I'm guessing 4-5-1 or 4-4-1-1 or something. Grasshoppers are much much further into pre season than us, and Roy doesn't want a match like the 1-5 against Mainz a couple of season ago.

Very young team though, this will be a stern test. Looking forward to see Dalle Valle, Insua, AMoo and Shelvey.
