Couldn't help but wonder what Torres was feeling tonight.

Left A.Madrid because he was sick of playing for nothing every season. Since he's come to us he's won nothing and A.Madrid who despite having been absolutely dreadful in the league find themselves in two cup finals.

Honestly, I kept hearing the commentators bleating on about how hard he was working. And sure, he ran a lot more than he usually does.

But when he got the ball, he was as poor as I've ever seen him.

emphasis has been on work rate and tactics(mostly wrong ones) rather than skills and flair and keeping things direct and simple
. football is not a complicated sport do the direct simple and positive things and results come along .
do not work HARDER work BETTER
