2 mil and 30k a week, and sit on the bench to be used as last 15 minutes sub if we need a different approach to score. Done if Crouchie is willing. If not willing forget it.

So
- Spurs sign Crouch for £10 Million and sell him for £2 Million
- Crouch signs for us, to sit on the bench despite leaving us because he was sitting on the bench
- Crouch takes a pay cut of £30 - 40k

I can't see any flaws in this logic

Yup if Crouch and Spurs are that stupid, why not?

I agree with Spidey. If we're after a cut-price former Liverpool striker, I'd much rather have Bellamy. At least he's fast, and could play in the wide positions if necessary. With Crouch, we'd pretty much HAVE to play 442, which doesn't suit the players we've got at all.

He's averaged about 1 in 3 for his whole career, given what else he adds to a team, I'd quite like to have him back, assuming he's pretty cheap.

ha

F*ck ya.

Crouch has always provided goal wherever he has gone even here after a slow start!

For less than we sold him it would great to have him.

I was at the Sunderland game 2 seasons ago and him Torres were magic together.
