I can think of nothing worse than letting Kenny go when he's down. With all he's done for the club, he deserves a chance to make things better. That is, if he wants it.
I actually didn't want him to get the job(although I was glad when he did), as I feared this is what would happen.

I think that you're probably right. Not that the latter option is the right thing to do. He needs more time but I realise there's few of us of that train of thought
It's sad that we as fans seem to have become really impatient. I'm not sure when it happened.
I will be very disappointed in the owners if they look for their third manager in eighteen months.
It is a new project, but with familair faces at the helm.

Of course there are doubts. We're in 9th place and have relegation form.
But we have the most important person to ever be associated with the club, in charge. The man who has given more than most to the club. The man who understands the club more than most of us do.
If he isn't given a chance to turn things to turn things around, to rebuild his reputation, I'll believe the last bit of the soul of the club will be gone. That is, if there is even any left now.
Of course, that's only natural but I've seen a lot of positive things as well. Some of the things Kenny has done have frustrated me too. I really wished we'd gone out and bought a goal scorer in Jan, a mobile one with good movement who can pull defenders out of position. I wish he'd play Carroll more and let the lad find some form - a bit part role isn't going to do that. I do think chopping and changing managers isn't the right thing to do - we do need to learn from last summers transfer strategy though. I think another season is in order. For those who are calling for his head need to think about the impact of getting rid of him right now - that's only going to compound issues.

I've seen very little evidence this season that this team is on an upward trajectory. If anything it's getting worse and Kenny seems at a loss at how to reverse that trend. All very worrying.
That said, I don't mind if he gets another season largely because I'm just totally apathetic towards it all right now and have no faith in this club getting any big decisions right.
So let's see what Kenny can do with another summer. Next season largely depends on our summer transfer activity regardless of who is managing us because the current playing roster, if we are being completely honest, probably belongs in midtable.

and it will, kenny and the whole backroom staff will cost a fortune to move on. we really need to stick for now and hope we get a good hand in the summer (to use a card metaphore).
If he sells some players he bought in i.e. Adam i'd have faith he understand where he has gone wrong and has an idea of how to change it.

We don't know what the contract situation is like and I don't believe the entire backroom staff would be replaced.
I think that's the second time I've seen you hint about ownership. Now you are about to be unburdened by site ownership I think you should celebrate your freedom by adding ramping up the gossip.
