For all his faults, I quite like him..

Footballing aside.. He says it how it is..

Looks like he is in trouble for his twitter rants regarding the John Terry case..

Totally agreed with what he said.. Its funny how he gives as good a he gets when the media are on his back..

Great entertainment Twitter wise..

I like how he quotes philosophers, quite possibly via google, and as such he's portrayed as a genius.

I suppose there's not much competition amongst footballers.

Hes an absolute spoofer when it comes to that shit! via google is right.

He has made a few worthwhile posts of his own in fairness, I don't think anyone thinks he is a genius cos he copied and pasted Aristotle just maybe not as thick as they initially thought he was. Plus at leas he makes it relevant to what he is talking about generally so I suppose he at least manages to sit through a few quotes and find the one he thinks is relevant.

I have quite liked some of his tweets, though the make me a martyr was ever so slightly ott

Yes. The way people fell for Cantona's absurd waffling was priceless. Barton doesn't 'tell it like it is'. And if he really understood Nietzsche he'd know that.

He's been on one the biggest revelations on twitter, he actually has a lot to say that's worth hearing.

I don't see what he's said wrong on this Terry thing, he's basically just said that it's a joke how it's been dragged out

I've always thought he was a knob, but since i've been following him on twitter i've really grown a lot of respect for him. He just speaks his mind in a "why shouldn't I be allowed an opinion" kinda way.

That sounds like twitter.

He sure is a bellend. See him on that thing about gay footy players the other night? He just wants to talk about everything and then stick ciggies out on people's faces.
This right here maybe the greatest post in 6CM history.
Bravo Macca.

He talks some shite on Twitter, but it's usually entertaining, good shite. He gets a lot of abuse too from sad fucks with nothing better to do, but he handles it well.

He's still a knob though.

Collymore was saying a few days back people never see him for who he is now they always say 98 version stan. Felt a bit sorry for him

He helped with the Hillsborough stuff though, so he has some uses 😉
True. He retweeted a lot of the posts about getting 100,000 names on that petition.
