The Gladbach manager is our own local guy Lucien Favre.
He's doing wonders in Germany where his attacking philosophy is praised.
He likes to use local and young talents and takes the best out of his squads wherever he has managed.
Im pretty sure he will manage the national team one day
Having said all that, im not sure his football is suited for the Premiership.
