Well, this was very necessary. I don't think it'll make some massive immediate difference, but I think we'll improve incrementally, and more importantly, if we can achieve even any even tiny improvement it will be met with a massive amount of support and the morale around the club will improve immensely. This will allow the owners to do what they need to do quietly. I don't think that it will be a panacea though, there's too much wrong, and it's been a while for Kenny.
