It's 2 teams (besides Sporting).....the rest are all league 2 level.
Feyenoord are a lot like Sporting, seen as the 3rd biggest in the country in a league that only has 3 teams.
Also 58 of those 204 games were managing AZ who are probably the 4/5th biggest.
Except the Portuguese league is a lot less competitive. Nobody out of the big 3 has *ever* won the Portuguese league. A handful of other teams like Alkmaar and Twente have won the Dutch title.

But Feye lost a lot of players themselves that same summer? They almost lost half a team and had to rebuild.
