I think he looks great, personally, in your old-style centre forward style. He's quick footed, clinical, good in the air and fairly quick. He'd be great in our system as he works his bollocks off aswell.

Of course, he'd cost about a trillion dollars on current form.

I genuinely have no idea which of Kane, Ings and Austin will go on to have the better career but all 3 of them have a chance to become world class goalscorers. Austin has the added bonus of being able to play as a target man (apart from his goalscoring instinct) beside another forward. I would love to see how Austin & Ings would work as a partnership. England are as good as qualified for the Euro finals already; they should use the remaining matches to blood all 3.

He's a decent player, but not really great at anything. He's not particularly quick, skilful, powerful or technically great. He works hard while being a well rounded player and it shows how far a good work ethic can get you.

That said, he is the spawniest, luckiest bastard I've ever seen in my life. It's like he went to some bog town in Ireland, bumped into an old gypsy woman and made her do some sort of weird gypsy curse on the rest of the Premiership.

And he's an ugly bastard.

Next season will see if he's truly a premiership quality footballer, or this year's Michael Ricketts.

I hate how it takes the media in this country about 10/20 games to decide a youngster is the best in the country and then hype them up to the max, see Chambers, Townsend, Januzaj, Shaw and many more. It's so self defeating as it places the players on a pedestal, which more often than not causes them to get carried away with their own hype, and become complacent in their development, not pushing on as hard as they would if they hadn't already "made it" in the eyes of the media. I guess a lot of that is down to how strong the manager is in ensuring the player stays grounded, but it hardly helps the situation and I wish the media would just take a step back and let the players blossom. Personally, if Harry is still doing this this time next season, then i'll get excited (as an England fan), until then he's just another one of those flash in the pans.

IMO at least one of the 3 will become a top goalscorer for a top European team. They might not have the flicks and tricks (that excite most football fans) of a Suarez, Ronaldo etc but they have they could have the potential to follow in footsteps of the Shearer, Fowler, Raul-type i.e. deadly finishers.
