General thoughts on the Transfer Window

Mignolet is better than Reina imho. Still only 25 and will peak during the next few years.
Watching Reinas performances the last few season it was a position were we needed improvement.

Mignolet is arguably better than Reina last season.

However comparing them at the same ages Reina was better.

It's kind of a moot point, as I don't believe Reina would have ever gotten back to that level, but worth saying.

Toure is faster than Carra for sure, but might be a bit more prone to positional mistakes. We'll find out. He is a much bigger threat to score from corners for sure.

So far he seems better equipped to defend at corners too, this last season carra had resorted to a lot more pulling & holding in the area which imo would have been punished a lot more.

Whether he'll do it all season I doubt though.

I don't see how we wasted 9m. Reina was waiting for a sniff to fuck off.

I'm overjoyed the club haven't let themselves get into the position where they can get bummed
