1 goal conceded in 720 minutes of football at home.

7 clean sheets out of 8.

How the fuck did that happen considering how rubbish our defenders and keeper are?
 
We’re not allowed to exclude the two games we conceded 9 goals in, but if we did, our defensive record isn’t all that bad.
As a team we really do stop teams from having too many opportunities. Our problem is that due to the shite personnel, the odd half chances become full on opportunities to score, then we concede.
I really think with VDV (who some are unfarely criticizing for Southampton’s goals conceded) and a good keeper we’ll have a solid defence. Particularly if Klopp keeps playing with two sitting midfielders like yesterday.

What has Van Der Vaart got to do with it? Surely we'd be better off with VVD.

Yep people getting carried away here over a Southampton victory. I think we seem to do this often as Liverpool fans these days such is our desperation to believe. But I will share something with you all - the date I am waiting for is that day when Man City come to Anfield - I want us to have a full squad and absolutely slaughter that team. Right now they are just running away with it and no one is putting up a fight. I want us to fuck em over so bad - like really badly want to fuck them over.
 
Klopp has some shady stats going on. We don't need a side of superheroes at home and shithouses away. And one that loses every final it manages to get to.

Dunno what the answer is, but it's psychological and not tactical.

Yeah, this side is mentally weak. Hence why we often struggle against sides we 'should beat' yet play relaxed football & much better when we play top sides, cos we're not expected to win & as such there's actually less pressure on them.

The exception against any side seems to be if we get the first goal, cos the pressure drops again & they play without expectation or fear again.

TL;Dr, we have a side full of shithouses.
