Football without Origi was nothing

At some point soon, you would think our Divock needs to leave and do something useful elsewhere, so we can finally build that statue of him next to the Kop and dream of those amazing things he (briefly) did for us.

Who thinks he will stay here beyond the current window?

And @Rosco, feel free to let it all out

I think he will still be here because he comes across as a disinterested lazy twat. Nobody would bid anything for him.

Twat is probably the wrong word but you get my drift.

His highlight reel is next level.

Hope we get a wedge for him and he gets to play somewhere with a good art and culture scene.

1 of the most ambiousless players ever.

Borini was another, just happy to stick around knowing he wasn't getting near the team yet didn't give a fuck if he moved or not.

He’s another potential “like a new signing” next season!!!!!

He's a bit poo now, but I once thought he had promise, and I'll be thankful to him forever. I won't slag him off, though. He's at least contributed to this club and many major victories.

A combination us over-valuing him, his 60k wages, and his lack of interest in development will lead to him still being here come September first.

I really hope I'm wrong. Completely given up on him.

Shaq will go, but I can't see anyone buying Origi. And so we won't sign a striker. After all, Firmino, Mane, Salah, Origi, Jota, Ox, Elliott, Minamino, Jones is enough competition for those forward slots...

Are we keeping Minamino? Christ

This is not far off going up to a war hero, telling him thanks for the freedom and everything mate, appreciate it, but look at the state of you, you can barely move, your legs are shot to pieces, what's wrong with you? You're past it man, time's up, kindly fuck off to somewhere else, you're bringing me down, I can't enjoy this freedom as much having to look at your sorry ass, fuck off please, cheers.

Aye, very similar indeed.

Minamino gonna smash it next season you watch.

18 goals, 11 assists and Liverpool player of the season.

He gonna turn into Son.

A decent bench/rotation/cup player option is all I'm hoping for this year. I'm optimistic he can become that for this squad. His attitude and work-rate look exemplary and players like that usually end up proving themselves for the role they were signed for. Hopefully a proper preseason will see him kick on this year. It's Klopps job to find a role for him and improve him this year.

There's a player in there because we've seen it, up to Klopp if he can bring it out of him while helping him adjust along the way.

I'm also not totally in the minamino is bollocks camp. He's had hardly any game time, no-one knows his correct position, it's very early to write him off.

Mind you I said that about that Serbian dickhead so don't believe anything I say

Decent run and finish from him there.

Although in the last friendly a light breeze made him fall on his arse at one point.

There are quite a number of teams looking for senior strikers, with Southampton being the latest.

I'm quietly confident we will be able to shift Origi before the transfer window is up.

Afterall we managed to sell Brewster for some 23.5 big ones, have some faith.

Well not quite....

It is more like "Thank you for your service, we are indebted to you forever, but it really is not good for your physical or mental health to still be on the frontlines. You deserve a quiet and peaceful job back on base mentoring the youngsters. Your family will appreciate having you out of harms way with more time for them. Remember, you are a hero!"

Not even the Chinese Super League have made a bid for him, nor the U.S. major league
We should take Wolves offer £10m and just get him of the books

Minamino is 27 this season, if nobody has figured out what position he would be good in by now its probably because there isn't one

Isn't Div into the last 12 months of his contract? Seems like he will just run down the clock and leave for a bigger wage packet elsewhere.
