The company I work for is opening an arena in Istanbul later this week but there have been some issues in sorting catering out for people attending shows in the place. So the head of the European part of the company is sending over a bunch of catering managers from the UK to sort it out. My boss is one of them.
The thing is, he's never been in Turkey and doesn't know what people expect from catering in an arena there. I doubt it is the same as the UK with pies and burgers.
So anybody had any concert going experience in that part of the world and what do they eat and drink on a night out at a show?
