HE FUCKING BOOTED IT TO NO ONE FOR THE BEST PART OF 90 MINUTES.

That's not strictly true. He looked up, measured his pass and then got it wrong. As myself and Wizardry said a couple years ago - his long passing is not great.
All in all though, I thought he had a good game.
[/quote]Me too. Ryan has to have an 'against the grain' scapegoat.
Its historically been Mascherano, but hes been so fucking good of late that he's moved on to Agger.
Expect this anti-Agger campaign to continue regardless of form or evidence.
So vey controvershal dahling!

That's bollocks Oncy.
Agger's obviously a good player, and one I like. But perspective seems to have been lost here - "he's brought stability to the back four" - Well, no, he hasn't. And as a few have us have pointed out over time - his distribution of the ball for someone lauded as being such a 'cultured, ball player' is frankly fucking awful at times.
As for Masherano, well in the first post in this thread I called him 'man of the match'. I'm good like that, objective y'see. There's a marked difference in being able to evaluate a player's performance, and flip-flopping about between opinions on a fucking weekly basis.
