I had a dream last night that Carroll got put through one on one in the last minute and buried it. 1-0. Not sure about the legalities of that, but anyway.

I suspect we may see Assaidi if we need more genuine width. As it is that front three is mouth watering if we can get an occasional finish out of them.

My 2-1 prediction is all set piece goals. Hopefully our winner from a suarez dive to win a penalty just to piss the cunts off.
 
Born a Preston fan, if he had any sympathies for a big club when he was a kid they were with Man United.

Wouldn't be surprised if him and Dalglish had a fight or something at some point. Either way he sees his time with us as a period of employment, nothing more.

Suso is going to be great, but he's a bit out of it on the right, if we're gonna play a front three, we need to play someone more direct who will get goals. Hopefully the lad can come on and make a name for himself.

I'm hoping it's not an early sign of unreasonable stubbornness. Assaidi deserved a start more than Suso today. It would've been great to have a combination of Sterling and Assaidi attacking their full-backs. Would've gone some way in neutralising Baines as well.
 
Assaidi could have match fitness issues after 90 mins on Thursday. This team has 2 wins and 1 draw in the league though.

Assaidi could be a great impact player to have at around 60 mins
 
I'd play Suso in behind Suarez and let Gerrard roam the right-hand side. Sterling cutting in from the left.

From what I've seen of Everton this yeah you beat them if you close down that big Belgium chap with the weird hairdo. That and try not to concede to many set-pieces around our danger-area.

We could very well win this.
