The Crowne Plaza has got Double rooms for £165 a night. The rooms have 2 double beds in them aswell.

I stayed at this hotel just before Christmas and think it is by far the best Hotel in Liverpool.

Check the pics to see how nice it is and it aint expensive. A single Bedroom cost me £80 in November and the 2 bedroom one was only £120 but the prices do vary on what date you book and sometimes they require you to book for more than one night.
I've got a double bedroom one booked for May and it has only cost me £124!!!

The Village Hotel which is 2-3 minutes away from that travelodge has got plenty of rooms available. £85 a night and it is 15-20 minutes from the City Centre in a taxi.
