A fee has been agreed. Lerner just wants more cash upfront than agreed using tapping up as a threat. Everyone knows comolli has been in contact with downing but there's no real threat of them doing anything.

Villa insiders say the exact same but reckon there's also a disagreement about wages between downing & us.
