Just read on goal.com that roma might be selling riise to bayern munich and want to replace him with dossena!
hope its true =] but goal.com is abit dodgy sometimes so i doubt there is any truth in it

My understanding was that a deal for €5M was agreed in principle two/three weeks ago and then we dropped out saying he's not available. Agent said then that LFC were not willing to sell and price wasn't the issue.

indeed but the fact that the manager doesn't trust the owners over sales etc. is serious bad news long term

Well yeah, but everything we hearing coming out of the club says that too. We know something's up. If the yanks arent gone by the next summer & some funds dont materialise in Jan I think we may see Rafa leave.

Yeah, I have my problems with rafa, but I think the worst possible thing whilst in this financial situation would be him walking, cos we wouldnt have the cash to replace players or attract a manager of note (who'd also want cash to buy players).
