A contact of mine says he will likely have a few tickets available for Wednesdays game. He's ringing me tonight to let me know how many are left over. If anyones interested please let me know in this thread.

Alright. If I get hold of another one - you can have the pair and I'll give RedMullet the new one. I've promised RM now so can't go back on that mate. But if I do get it sorted, do you deffo, deffo want them ? Otherwise I'll be out of pocket big time.

By some time tomorrow morning/lunchtime I guess, although obviously before then would be preferable. Problem is, I'd need to make swift arrangements to get off work early and sort some travel out in the form of train/coach tickets. I don't have access to SCM at work as the firewall blocks it but I could give you my email address and check it every so often. Alternatively, I could just PM you my mobile.

My friend supports Villa, he lived in Birmingham for a year and went to every home game. I'll see what his says the story will be ticket wise.

There's no way I wasn't gonna come. I would have faced being stranded in Liverpool before letting you down. Besides, I had the train tickets booked.

As it happens, my mate has given in to pressure and decided to drive. Now for a refund on those train tickets......
