You seriously think any of them were better than Gerrard? Cafu was a typical Brazilian full-back - ace going forward, weak in defence. Gerrard may hardly ever have played there, but he has all the attributes to attack and defend on the flank better than any of the players you mentioned. Plus he's just a better footballer. Obviously he'd be 'wasted' there if he was being played there every week, but this is a one-off match to beat Keni's collection of dancing midgets - he'd be well up for it, and would destroy Cristiano Ronaldo or whoever Keni finally decides to play on the left wing.

I find Gerrard a bit frustrating at times cos he doesnt have the discipline to hold his position when playing further back in the field, I think he would do the same and get caught out by a ball over the top.
