No, it isn't irrelevant, it's the exact same thing. In fact, the Lovren incident was a more forceful push.
Also, it's common knowledge that pretty much all goals are checked by VAR nowadays and since this was essentially in the same phase of play, it had to be checked.
I don't think we were lucky at all, in fact I would have been pissed off had we not got that decision.
