Yep. Another season & a world cup under his belt (he really looks world class playing for Brazil, which means if we get better players around him he should improve more) & he'll be worth more, plus if he does make the step up that looks likely then he'll have helped us cement a loftier position.He's starting to push his shots more frequently towards the far post instead of pulling them to the near post (which works better in futsal). This will allow him to score more frequently than before.
I think that the next year will see a maturity in his performances and he will become a truly world class AM. If there is any possible way to hold on to this kid (if his head hasn't already been turned by them tapping up cunts) we should do it. Time to start thinking like a club that wants to win the fucking league, stay permanently in the top echelons of the competition, and compete very strongly in Europe too.
Planning on keeping hold of a South American long term when Barca or Real want them is futile, but the least we can do is try to keep hold of them until they've helped us on the pitch a great deal & are hitting a world class player price so we can bleed those behemoths of buying power dry.
