Pique scored a goal off a corner ... Madrid hit back a few minutes later with Benzema, who was terrible. Madrid were the far better team ...
Ronaldo put in a great cross to Bale who jumped over Alba to score .. but horrible call to rule it out. A few minutes later, and down a man (Ramos is an idiot), the same combination but opposite ... Bale to Ronaldo, and goal.

What was very weird to watch was how nonchalant Barca were with their game ... Zizou set this up brilliantly (Casemiro was fantastic) with Ronaldo/Bale really tracking back, but Barca just didn't seem themselves again.

The favor was returned ... after a whistle, Pepe smashed his elbow into Suarez's face.

You mean the incident in the first half? A weak elbow / forearm that wasn't that hard but as usual, the meanest-looking scumbags are also the most ridiculous ones at flopping.

I haven't seen it yet. Pepe is quite possibly my most hated footy player of all time though. This is despite him never having played for the mancs.

Suarez was pretty poor and on the whole Barca seemed unusually complacent and lethargic for a Classico game.

Deserved win for Real and as much as I dislike them was kinda glad to see them win as Barca have it too easy at the moment.
