I think we've done this thread before but let's revisit it. We had ours tonight. I'm not with the company long so wasn't going to go but decided at the last minute to pay a visit. The idea of a Buffet and free drink tokens swayed me. Suited up and made the trip to the hotel on the Waterfront. I was late so missed out on a lot of the food and the drink tokens also seemed sparse. It was $9.50 a drink without tokens. Fuck that shit.
Bailed early cause they people I was with we're also leaving. Work should be fun tomorrow for those who got pissed. It was a far cry from my usual Xmas Party back home in Ireland which usually consisted of a meal and then everyone getting hammered. We'd always have ours on a Friday, it's ridiculous having such an event on a Wednesday or Thursday.
Has anyone got any juicy Christmas Party stories? Inter Office relations or just making a fool of yourself? Let's hear them.
