I don't know the legislation underpinning visas and entry to Australia, but it's quite common for a visa simply to be a permission to arrive at the border and present yourself to an immigration officer.
The immigration officer then checks everything is in order with the visa and any other statutory conditions that exist.
The reason for that is simple, it's very easy to lie on a visa application. It's often only upon arrival at the border that a state can check the accuracy of what the visa application claimed.
What you see as uncoordinated approach is in fact standard worldwide.
I wouldn't grace Australia with my presence on account of its appalling human rights breaches
If the Govt approved is application, and it was a blind process (meaning they didn't know it was novax) then the criteria is fulfilled.
Anything else is then a publicity stunt
He might not have any proof he had the rona recently. I see they are now looking into other players who've got in on the same visas. Lol.
This is what I think has happened. He said he had it, a Serbian doctor has given him a doctors note.He might not have any proof he had the rona recently. I see they are now looking into other players who've got in on the same visas. Lol.

The Australian government are saying 'what the fuck is this hand written note?'
That would be ironic.. an anti-vaxxer... juiced. If you titrated his blood, there'd be more contraband in there than most colombian mules get done for.
Sorry, but I can't imagine any context where what he's saying and enforcing is okay.

I am surprised this part is missing in most of the news being presented with respect to the Djokovic saga. If you get a visa doesn't mean, you have a right to enter that country. Tons of folks with visa's are turned away at the US border every month if the border police finds some issues with the passport or visa details. I am sure it is the same in Germany, England, Australia or any other country.
Why did you post your wanklist?
I thought it would occur to those of average intelligence that all of those politicians are the ones pushing vaccine passports and mandates etc.
And there all members of the WEF, which is pushing for the great reset, and the 2030 where you'll own nothing and be happy. An organisation funded by Bill Gates incidentally.
So are we set on Novax is a liar?
Application says he had a PCR showing a positive PCR on 16th December.
He was photographed in public on the 16th and 17th December.
I think there’s whether he’s spoofing, what degree the advice that Tennis Australia have him about exemption was correct and how much political capital the Federal Government is getting out of the incident by diverting attention away from their fuck ups and being seen to be hard on unvaccinated when we’re at like 90%+ over 16 vaccinated.
