Chinese "Devil Virus" - anyone worried?

The end game, I reckon, is to create an entire digital passport on every person. All your information will be on it, financial credit, driver's license, vaccine status... then eventually, social credit score. It's all with the aim of bringing that in, like in China.

It was around this time last year Rosco posted the social credit scoring infographic. A pity everyone dismissed him. Be a good child and find that thread for your weary prophet. You can bring the charts down like the stone tablets themselves.

I think my superior intelligence is shown in that I never claimed to have definitive proof, but you seem to think that is the only standard that's relevant.

Again it shows just how fucking stupid you are.

There's plenty of other studies showing the same and plenty of anecdotal evidence of all the rich people in America doing the same by taking Ivermectin amongst other things.

But by all means engage in a bit of back slappery with Woland, a man who believes in the healing power of a witches fingers in his arse.

Balls you haven’t - you’re on here every other day posting shite and telling everyone you were right all along.

Go ahead then - what other studies? Anecdotal evidence proves what - that you’re not as bright as you think you are?

Why don’t you bring up Japan again and claim Ivermectin Is central to their COVID strategy, like you did the other day - go on, back that up.

Have a good look at yourself - here you are again arguing that your one study from Brazil “plenty of other studies” that you can’t name plus “plenty of anecdotal” evidence proves anything.

What is it, ego, desperation to be right at something, desperation to prove that you’re better and smarter than other people.

If there’s anyone in need of a Klopp hug it’s you... and what’s even better is you’re double vaccinated, so if you catch the ‘Rona from him you’ll likely be fine.

You have grown far more argumentative and bitchy than you used to be my child. I fear that the now blindingly obvious dystopian future that you were foolishly tricked into accepting has finally hit home, and it has sucked the last remnant of joy out of your soul.

The Djocovid thing too. I mean he's had covid in the last six months so is at least as immune as anyone who's had a vaccine ever, so the pile on is just about policy, nothing to do with public health. The only reason for not letting him into Australia is 'we all had it shit, we'd like you to have it shit too'.

He hasn’t though - wasn’t it June 2020 he had COVID - so thats 17 months ago.

I mean, the rules are pretty clear, in that ATAGI states you have to be vaccinated for quarantine free entry to Australia or you need to provide a medical exemption to state otherwise - and “I had COVID 18 months ago” probably doesn’t stack up.

It’s a shit show, for sure, but if you’re going to have rules then they should at least be applied fairly and to everyone.

I couldn’t give two hoots whether he gets in or not - and whether the rules should be changed is a separate issue - it was clear what was required of him and up to him whether he wanted to comply to the rules everyone (including his fellow tennis players) were asked to abide by.

I turned up in Australia once with some out of date “right to return” visa paperwork, despite being a permanent resident and having lived their 10+ years (at the time) and got hauled into an office and given 28 days to renew the visa or face having my residency cancelled.

It’s a pain in the hole... but he’s not being singled out. This will become a political football about vaccinations - but it shouldn’t be - if you rocked up in Australia with no vaccination, no medical proof of exemption and no desire to quarantine - you’d be sent packing on the next plan.

Simple as.

I read somewhere he's had it again five months ago. And yeah I know that it's the law, but the law is stupid.

There's no chance he'll be allowed to play, and if he did yeah he'd get booed to fuck, but it's all based on stuff that was true a year ago and makes no sense now.

I read somewhere he's had it again five months ago. And yeah I know that it's the law, but the law is stupid.

That story was doing the rounds - but it was reported m 18months ago he had it - June 2020 - maybe he’s had it twice already, tough I don’t think that would help his natural immunity case.

Is the rule stupid... like I said, I wouldn’t necessarily argue otherwise - but it’s pretty clear what the Rule was, so again it comes back to politics and people will start picking sides.

I’d have a lot more respect for him if he stood up and said the rules are stupid and should be changed forvtge good of all.. and here’s why.

But no... just another guy who thought that rules didn’t apply to him.

Yeah he's been a total dickhead. Why's he going on Twitter talking about getting an exemption before his plane has even taken off? He must have known there'd be some backlash. I'm just saying if he's got exemption because he's had an antibody test and he's full of the fuckers, or he tested poz in the last six months, then I don't get why that isn't good enough for anyone, why that shouldn't be the law. He isn't a risk.

Meanwhile, another evil cunt...

I think this is a very good example of people encouraged to be outraged without context.

This is a Labour Government - so the same as Victoria, but different from NSW or Federal Government.

From what I can see the people asking for restrictions are Nurses, Doctors and Aboriginal Leaders - which might be important, because the virus seems to impact the Aboriginal community more and it won’t take much for NT Heath service to get overwhelmed.

Again... some context - I think NT is at about 85% vax rate for those eligible - which is a little bit behind other states, with vax rated lower in remote areas and the Aboriginal community.

So this is partly seen as a tool to help Aboriginal leaders get their community more protected - like I said, Aboriginal leaders have been asking for these restrictions for a few weeks now.

NT also had seen very few cases andctheyre spiking.

Also and I think this is worth noting - the NT is an area roughly SIX TIMES the size of the UK... yes.. 6 times... but with a population size of 250k, half of which live in Darwin - so it’s not necessarily the same as introducing restrictions in a urban setting.

Many NT areas are dry areas as well and their are already loads of restrictions around booze in place.

So, you’ve got to factor in who’s at risk, how best to protect them, what medical resources are available and how accessible they are - you get sick out there, calling 000 for an ambulance isn’t going to help.

I’m not saying lockdowns are great - but these Twitter releases are designed to elicit rage from people this doesn’t bother in any way - I’d imagine there are threads full of people asking god to save the poor Australians and urging people to get outraged about something that’s probably not that significant.

I don’t know what the split is, but I’d not be surprised to see this as something that impacts people in remote Aboriginal communities more, and it really does sound like it’s being used as a blunt tool to speed up the vaccinations and protect the most vulnerable.

I don’t think this is even as bad as inept politicians trying to make a bit of political capital either, to be honest.

I also don’t think the passports are set up the same here - you could literally take a screen shot of someone else’s and hold it up on your phone if you really wanted.

I think context and nuance get missed a lot in these days because everyone’s so desperate to be outraged by something.

I also don’t think I’m immune from that too - but I’m trying to take a balanced viewpoint.

Yeah, but what’s his exemption based on seems to be the issue - Is presume an exemption has to meet some set criteria.

The “exemption” to play was given by Tennis Australia wasn’t it or he had to get some sort of note from a Doctor in Serbia, or wherever he’s from.

It’s about satisfying entry requirements though isn’t it - the guidelines are there for all to see - so I don’t understand quite how, if he’s met the guidelines and can prove it, he can’t get in.

At a guess though, I wouldn’t put it past the Morrison Liberal Federal Government to be engaging inna bit of dead Catism here - while we’re talking about Djokovic we aren’t talking about them.

Also - wouldn’t be the first right leaning leader to want to stir up a bit of “us and them” outrage in an election year.

It’s not too hard to see if 90% of your electorate are vaccinated and the remainder aren’t likely to vote for you either way, then you’d be best keeping the 90% feeling happy.

I think Macron is up to the same trick and I’m sure more will be at it.

So basically a double fault, you say?

From what I’m reading, the ATADI exemption rules state if he wanted to get in without isolating, he needed to prove he’d was double vaccinated or was exempt from vaccination, which is on the basis of a serious medical condition (like myocarditis) or was positive for COVID in the last 6 months.

The VIC Government (Labour) & Tennis Australia approves his application because, presumably he met the criteria.

When he arrived at Melbourne Airport, he couldn’t satisfy these conditions to Border Security which is federally controlled (Liberal).

So either the King of Lockdowns - Dan Andrews - has let this slip through as a favour for TA (incidentally I think Andrews has buggered off on holiday and is nowhere to be seen while the Government are distancing themselves from this) - which means he’s fucked.

Or

ScoMo is dead catting the fact that the Liberal controlled NSW Government (self proclaimed gold standard) has fucked up again and had to bring in restrictions (no singing or dancing in NSW... the useless fucks) and he’s diverting from this and his own general fucking uselessness or at some sort of popularity tactic to show he’s a strong leader, or I don’t fucking know what.

Even Macron thinks ScoMo is a fucking snake.. so who knows.

What is amusing though is... Djokovic didn’t meet the conditions to get in to Australia.

Ross did.

Twice over.

Sorry, but I can't imagine any context where what he's saying and enforcing is okay.

If the Govt approved is application, and it was a blind process (meaning they didn't know it was novax) then the criteria is fulfilled.
Anything else is then a publicity stunt

This is a disgraceful level of interference by the state into the private affairs of the holy church or science, under the so called guise of transparency. The separation of church and state must be respected and the court must repent on appeal.

You need to place your faith in me. You might recall some months back I said there was in fact no FDA approved vaccine in the USA. Mr Moderna called me an idiot because the FDA had approved Comirnaty and I pointed out while it has been approved it is not being given. Comirnaty is chemically different to the one authorized for use under the EUA.

Well that issue has come to a head in another case , and it turns out I was right all along.

The main issue in the case is vaccine mandate for the defence forces. It appears to be the case that the DOD have the power to mandate any FDA approved medicine for their soldiers, but not one under an EUA. The soldiers have pointed out they are being mandated to take Comirnaty but in fact being given the vaccine approved under the EUA.

Amazingly the DOD couldn't confirm that a vial of Comirnaty is in existence.

This was only a pretrial motion, but I thought this snippet was interesting

There's no such thing as a blind visa application.

A rose by any other name is still a rose your honour. That should be the end of that case by the grace of our lord.

The “exemption” to play was given by Tennis Australia wasn’t it or he had to get some sort of note from a Doctor in Serbia, or wherever he’s from.

I sense a smidgeon of bigotry there... The main culprit here is the lack of coordination between AO officials and your government. First, he was granted a visa and given a green light to get on the plane. Did that/those person(s) improperly approve him and was it accidental or deliberate? It could well be a political issue to make an example of him. Now, he’s being detained, against his own will, in a shithole where they serve maggot-infested food. Like him or not, nine-time champion didn't deserve such treatment.

I don't know the legislation underpinning visas and entry to Australia, but it's quite common for a visa simply to be a permission to arrive at the border and present yourself to an immigration officer.

The immigration officer then checks everything is in order with the visa and any other statutory conditions that exist.

The reason for that is simple, it's very easy to lie on a visa application. It's often only upon arrival at the border that a state can check the accuracy of what the visa application claimed.

What you see as uncoordinated approach is in fact standard worldwide.
