Chinese "Devil Virus" - anyone worried?

Israel was going to roll out the 4th booster for all 'at risk' folks over 60.
They've put that idea on the shelf in light of data coming out re: Omricorn's effectiveness at killing us.
Hopefully we're nearing the 'make corona the flu again' campaign

Language is always interesting.

It was covid 19 or coronavirus that was interchangable.

Then there was the Kent variant and SA variant and Indian variant.. which became the Delta variant.

Interestingly though, it's Omicron.. and coronavirus and flu and cold.

Like Omicron seems to have moved past the variant badge and become a thing.
 
Brother Bourla seems surprised by that, he is clearly not a man of faith, else he would have had no doubt that the lord's gift would bear the traits of perfection since it was made in his image.

He's not a man of faith but he does have a sense of humour - look at when he tweeted that.

Blasphemers, they must be stripped of their medical degrees, stripped of their clothes, and paraded before the public to be beaten with rocks and whips, anything less would risk their wilful heresy corrupting the good scientific works done by our righteous lord.
 
In reality it needs to go to the Commission, the Parliament have no power to instigate anything.

Of course the head of the Commission (unelected btw), who is pushing vaccines and vaccine mandates, just happens to be married to ..... the head of a biotech company set to make money from Covid.
 
The parliament have no power in the face of our mighty lord, all men must bow their heads before the divinity of the science.
 
The London hospitalisations seems to have stabilised at a relatively low number, but it's obviously now appearing in the numbers for the other regions, that were hit a bit later. I reckon we could be over Omicron in a few weeks, if the numbers stay like this.
 
Alarms that the hyper-contagious omicron variant accounted for the vast majority of new COVID-19 infections over the last couple of weeks were significantly overestimated, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

New data released on Tuesday shows that while omicron remains the dominant variant, delta – which is the more severe strain – is still a worrisome driving force behind the current surge.

The CDC had previously reported that as of Dec. 18, 73% of new cases were linked to omicron. But on Tuesday, the agency revised those figures, slashing that estimate to 23% – a 50-point drop, suggesting that while the new variant was on the rise, it was not infecting people at the rate the CDC had projected.

I've been thinking this for a while about the UK too.

The number increase to confirmed Omicron cases do not add up.

Even if you account for the fact not every sample is analysed for variants. The gap on the face of it is too large to be just Omicron.
 
The prophets will communicate it to you when or even if the divine revelation of the science changes. Until then these heretical thoughts spewing from your poisonous forked tongue are outright blasphemy. The lord's mercy is not without limit, remember that.
 
Pretty sure mine was omnomnom, just cos it was more like a cold than a flu and it was gone in a week without any of that smell or taste going missing. But I'm one of the zillions who didn't get a PCR or tell the govt that I had it so I'm not on any of your stats.
 
I took a few lateral flows.. they came back negative. But I'm pretty sure it was Omicron. Should have booked a PCR but meh!

Yeah, I had all the Omicron symptoms a few days ago, but they came back negative on the home test kits.
 
They're definitely going to bring out an Omega variant at some point. That's another ominous sounding Greek letter.
