I'm pretty sure he knows. Seeing a problem is much easier than fixing it though, sadly.

A keeper who didn't make his own defenders glance around continually to check where he is & what he's doing will help a great deal I suspect, as will a more experienced defensive midfielder (Hendo has done very well but his naivety helped lead to that goal).

I'm actually considering that. He can run for twenty minutes & Chelsea aren't exactly the paciest side around, & we could do with someone slowing play down in the midfield & using their head. Put Hendo further up & put him on for Wijnaaldum maybe?
