1 Chelsea 8 12 21
2 Man Utd 8 11 19
3 Tottenham 8 7 16
4 Arsenal 7 14 15
5 Liverpool 8 10 15
6 Man City 6 7 15
Makes grim reading for us. If City win tomorrow, we'll be down to sixth - and both City and Arsenal will still have a game in hand over us.

We haven't had the easiest schedule, and we are only 8 games in. There's obvious reasons why I thought it'd be a struggle for us this season, however early on many seasons things look like they are going to be more competitive than normal, and it's not always true, we'll see when we've played twice the number of games if anyone successfully breaks away, and just how big the chasing pack is.

We have had it pretty easy compared to the mancs for example.
The top teams are gonna lose some games this season, but the problem is that we look like we are going to lose more than all the other top teams.
I doubt Aquilani is going to cut out all our defensive woes. We look suspect everytime there is a corner (I hope he helps out here....he is 6'1 isn't he?).
We need a major change in form. Usually we hit the rock bottom and Rally....but my fear is that, we may not have seen the worst of our team yet.

the Mancs have had Birmingham, Burnley, Wigan, Arsenal (H), City (H), Spurs (A), Wolves, Stoke and Sunderland. 6 bankers and 2 out of 3 tougher matches at home. That's not any more difficult than ours.
