Fuck me. I'm believing we can win 19 next season under kenny, I really am. This lager isn't even that strong.
Ah, come on! If we sign about 5 class players in the summer I might believe, but this squad isn't anywhere near good enough to win the league.
Shurrrrrup outta that. You know don't that.

That's OTT in my view. We do need more signings but, if we'd appointed the King last summer as we should have, we'd be in the mix this season, never mind next.

Immense performance, immense result. SO satisfying to do that Chelsea after what happened at the end of January: that cut from Ming's goal to Torres's face was priceless.

But the most encouraging aspect for me was our tactical nous. I never thought of Kenny being a master tactician, but he completely out-thought Ancelotti in that game. We made a very very good side look impotent, and created enough chances ourselves to have won the game comfortably. Even at 0-1, I wasn't really nervous.

As for that Drogba-Torres partnership... I'm not convinced it's ever going to work.

I'd guess that a lot of credit needs to go to Steve Clarke as well for this win, with his knowledge of the Chelsea players and their preferences, strengths and weaknesses, etc.

Kenny's interview is just fucking orgasm-tastic

The panel on FSC is gushing over the King.

Classy interview from Carra.
"It'd be disrespectful to Roy to say that things have improved at the club or in the team since he left so I'm not going to........ but obviously things have improved."

Brilliant
so was the thing abt Carra and Gerrard wanting Hodegeface in a myth? Btw over in soccernet report... 'It was a different story for £5 million Torres though'. freudian slip?
Even the King nominated Roy out of those who were interviewed. It was a pretty thin field. That was just one of many reasons why we should have appointed the King last summer and had a proper think about the permanent appointment.

I thought Anelka was their best forward actually. He looks really good in that withdrawn role.
Totally disagree.
I think Anelka's a great player but in that withdrawn role, although he touched the ball more than anyone else, his final balls to the forwards were very lame. I was glad from mid first half that they used the three forwards that way because Anelka couldn't do much with the ball in the final third.
Great player though, and I wish we could have gotten him in part exchange.

Does Kenny4PM stand for Kenny for Permanent Manager?
I think he means Permanent Marker.

"@OliverKayTimes: Remarkably, Liverpool now have more points (6) from 3 away lge games under Dalglish than they got from 10 under Hodgson"

An' it's LIKE THAT !!!

Notice how they had a polite and informative conversation in the studio after the game, rather than Keys or Gray just interrupting everyone with sensationalist garbage?

Classy interview from Carra.
What did he say?
The interviewer kept on poking about how it felt to line up alongside Torres in the tunnel. Carra said something along the lines off, Players have always moved. I have played against Robbie Fowler when he moved to Leeds. Torres is a great player but we focus on our own.

I don't know about anyone else but I'm really struggling to stop grinning at the moment. The look on El Twats when we scored too. Priceless. Well done Reds. Proud of you and the sense that we're on our way back is growing every game.

*grins*

*grins again*

Kenny's reaction to the goal was brilliant , jumped out of his zone and into chelsea's . So great to see proper passion after years of Rafa scribbling.

Dalglish: "If the supporters like me, then it's only half as much as I like them." ;D
