Yep. Stick him the reserves and let him rot. I'd rather that than get stiffed by West Ham or Newcastle.

Oh Lord, Knew it was too good to be true. He could also be in league with Newcastle to lower his price.

I fking hate transfer sagas, please don't be a saga Andy your Liverpool career was torture enough

@westhamfootball: Andy Carroll will officially join us on the 1st of July but will put pen to paper before that when he returns from his pre-season break.

@westhamfootball: According to sources close to Carroll's agents, Kick & Run Management, #WestHam are set to conclude the signing of Carroll at next week

Hammer blow: Carroll has told West Ham he wants an extra £20,000 per week

Ian Walton
Andy Carroll wants a whopping pay rise to £100,000-a-week to complete his £15.5million move from Liverpool for West Ham.
The 24-year-old England striker has had his £80,000-a-week Anfield salary paid by the Hammers during his season-long loan at Upton Park.
But Carroll - who is out injured for up to four months - now wants £20,000-a-week on top of that if he is to make a permanent summer move out of Anfield to east London.
West Ham do want to keep Carroll, and agreed his transfer fee three weeks ago with Liverpool - who will be taking a £20million loss on the £35m they paid Newcastle for him in January 2011.
But Carroll then asked for time to think the move over, hoping Newcastle would enter the bidding.
Instead, the Magpies made it clear they had no interest in re-signing the frontman.
Carroll was then ruled out for up to four months because of an ankle injury.
West Ham held out for an answer, however, and were told this week that he is ready to move to east London if he gets a six-figure pay packet.
The Hammers are hoping to come to a compromise as they are unwilling to meet such high wage demands and a deal is expected to be completed by the end of the week.

I don't blame him. He clearly would rather play for us or else Newcastle. If he's being forced to join a shite club he ought to make sure its on terms that make it tolerable.

He should try not being utter shit if he doesn't want to be 'forced' to play for a shit club in return for £80,000 a week.

Zero sympathy. Hope he finally fucks off.

Agree - sooner we get rid of this colossal waste of space, the better.

Who has sympathy? I'm just stating a rational observation. He doesn't want to move, so it's hardly a surprise him and his agent are doing what they can to make it worth the hassle.

Fine. But you sound suspiciously like a well-wisher, in that you don't wish him any specific evil - to quote Moe from the Simpsons.

Not me. I'm proper hostile.

We should sell him to Galatasaray. It has cheap beer, kebabs and fighting on the streets. He will think he is back at the Bigg Market.
