I knew roy wouldn't be a success (because of his away record) but not in my wildest nightmare did I think he would be THIS bad.

i thought he'd be average and welcomed the steadying hand. By the almighty FUCK did i not expect this

Liverpool boss Roy Hodgson: "It was a bad day at the office, there was plenty of effort but no end product and the players are very disappointed in there. The fans have left angry and that's understandable. However, it would be dangerous to clear a lot of players out on the basis of one game. We wanted our renaissance to start today, but it hasn't happened. Panic would be the wrong thing to do but I'm not the sole arbiter of that."

Liverpool boss Roy Hodgson: "It was a performance way below what we are capable of and what we wanted to give. I'd like to give Wolves credit, but I think we were a bit unlucky to lose the game, probably 0-0 would have been a fair result. But it was nowhere near our expectations or hopes."

i honestly never thought i'd hear the day where a liverpool manager would have said a 0-0 would have been a fair result against a team at the bottom of the table

a clear out of the players? hahahaha you delluded old fuck why don't you start with yourself. and take poulsen and kunchesky with you. hodgson's retarded mind is disgrace to the human species

I don't think it's exaggeration to say that no big club in world football would continue employ a manager that his delivered the football and results roy has this season. none. except us of course.

I am 100% sure he will be sacked in the next couple of days. TONIGHT the new owners must contact a new manager or Kenny, and get them talking with Comolli about the Jan transfer window. Sort this fucking mess out. NOW.

Oh fuck off Roy they were terrific value for their win and had it been 0-3 we could not have complained WE WERE UTTER UTTER SHITE.
They were such good value those Liverpool fansthat were still there applauded Wolves off the pitch.

Wow. I thought it was unfair to judge Roy on the basis of the first couple of months, with the ownership situation creating so much uncertainty, the loss of Mascherano, new players, injuries, etc. All this time I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. After THIS, however, even I have to admit that the Roy Hodgson experiment is over. There is no turning this around.

If I'm the owner, there is no way I include Roy in the conversations about the January signings at this point. You cannot make long term plans with someone who is just hanging on for dear life. I think Roy's presence would create more uncertainty for the January transfer window, both for players we are trying to sign and for members of our squad. He should be let go and a caretaker manager CORRECTION: Sammy Lee should be appointed. As for the permanent managerial appointment, I would welcome Didier Deschamps.

Roy has turned on the fans in post match interviews, should be final in coffin. Some quotes,

'I'm still waiting for famous Anfield support, it's not been here'.

"I can only hope these 'fans' become 'supporters' as well because this is a time when the club needs support."

If the performance and result was not enough to sack him, then that is....there is only one winner in a manager v fans war.

Where were those quotes Shrekky

This is the entire quote

"Ever since I came here, the famous Anfield support has not really been there," he admitted.

"There was the problems with the owners and Kenny of course being so popular, not getting the job and it being given to me, so I've had to live with that from the start.

"I can only hope that we do have good supporters and that these fans become supporters as well because this is a time when the club needs support.

"We're not deliberately losing matches and not playing to the best of our ability. You've seen these players in the past, you know what they're capable of.

"All I can say is that now is a time when people need to really try to help us along because it's not through a want of trying that we're not winning matches like today's game. It's because we lacked a little bit of quality and maybe a bit of confidence.

"Of course the negativity does affect confidence. Players are a little bit less anxious to get on the ball and do what they can do for fear of making a mistake.
