Hodgson is completely stuborn and self-delusional, I knew it would end up like this and said so very early on

Are you good at spotting people who are stubborn and delusional?

I want him in a job all right. I want him managing Everton, not that even Kenwright would be that daft.

I'm amazed at quite how disastrous it's been. I'm not as desperate at some to get rid of him - by that I mean I do not wish us to lose games for Roy to be fired and I'm not tearing my hair out that he must leave. But I do acknowledge that it would within everyone's interests for him to leave and for Kenny to takeover until the season's end.

Roy has been his own worse enemy. Alright, so the team's playing fucking shit and he hasn't been able to turn that around from last season - but there's been no excuse from some of his comments which have left his mouth. I would argue that his quotes have shaped fan opinion of him more so than the performances on the pitch, and I imagine this has rubbed off on the players too. It fucking should have. And for this he's got nobody to blame but himself.

He sounds like an old man who is really, really feeling the pressure and is on the verge of losing it. The reported weird and scraped TV interview is further proof of this. Ultimately I'm left feeling sorry for him. I certainly don't like seeing him being called a cunt and everything else. He's obviously not, and suggesting he is is just unacceptable.

It is worth say that too much focus and desire is being made on sacking the manager at the moment. We need to fucking win a match or two and get our way out of the relegation zone, starting against Blackburn.

Any manager who takes us to the RELEGATION positions after almost a quarter of the campaign gone, is a cunt. You feel sorry for him? He should feel sorry for us. Sack him now!

If that is the mark of 'a cunt' you would take us the fucking conference.

Thing is I can't see him changing his methods or opinions.

It's quite obvious that it irritates him that we, the fans, aren't appreciative of his credentials and standing in the game.

I get the feeling he feels our opinions are not sufficiently credible or educated for him to acknowledge them as valid.

I said a while ago that it would get worse before it gets better, especially as we have new owners who will want to give the old boards pick some time before they feel qualified to change it.

I don't revel in seeing someone at Liverpool fail, but I don't in any way feel sorry for him. I think you're absolutely right that his comments in the media have gone a long way in shaping fan opinion and someone who has been in the game as long as he has should've known better.

If players can get called every name under The Lying Rag because they frustrate the life out of us and / or do things that are unacceptable then so can the manager.

He may very well be a nice guy or whatever, but since he's not shown the fans any *real* respect since arriving here instead choosing to make excuses for failure from the off. The guy can can go fuck himself quite frankly and any abuse he gets from the terraces is easily justified.

Even his methods and our players aren't worthy of 19th place in the league.

All I'm saying is we're still not a doomed, sinking ship at the moment, and the prospect of winning a couple of games isn't beyond Roy and this team. Basically I want us to win the next 3/4 games and then for the owners to take stock of everything next month. We need to get away from this position ASAP. That's all I care about at the moment, because being in this position is some scary shit.

He's fucking rubbish with the media, as he is with everything else.

If there's one thing worse than arrogance and big talk in the media, it's the spineless, roll over and fuck me in the ass crap that he comes out with.

The thread is about Hodgson, keep it on topic, I really couldn't care less about what you think of me, it's not as if you know me is it? If your so concerned about the elderly, go and do some voluntary work for Help the Aged

I don't think abusing geriatrics is a thing to be proud of, but frankly the budgie-faced useless old cunt can go and fuck himself

Even if Hodge Podge gets a win on Sunday despite his shit tactics, the owners will be taking advice from experienced football men and surely will not allow this shambles to continue much longer.
