The revenue only goes to pay interest to the banks. We have no money for transfers. Supporting their business would only perpetuate their tenure so by hitting them in their pocket, it will force them to sell the club at a fair price. It's a good strategy that makes sense.

I doubt that RAWK would have heard of this site to be fair. What I wont do is ridicule genuine fans who love the club and are concerned at its welfare. You seem to find it amusing to mock fans who are actually taking action to effect the change that we need. I find that strange to be honest. I wonder if you actually support Liverpool or just like to say you do while you chat rubbish here.

I knew he was a WUM.

It's true, all these protests, that are getting a little bit more violent and aggressive each time by the way, are alienating potential owners and giving the proper fans a bad name. Highly unlikely, but say Bill Gates wants to buy the club, sees the American flag burning and backs out. American kids and football fans who want a team to support in the EPL? Well they're not going to choose us now are they? Any potential owners who are worried about getting on the wrong side of these increasingly vocal hooligans will decide not to risk it in fear of their safety and money.

DIRECTLY damaging the club by designing your own shirts as opposed to buying official products of the club - that is pathetic. Suggesting/hoping fans wear another teams shirt, with the name of a failed ex-manager on the back? Pathetic.

I can respect their desire and will to be pro-active in all of this, but their efforts are wildly misguided and threatens to bring the club down to new depths. If the fans on RAWK become the majority then we're in trouble.

Rawk may be vocal but being vocal could stop us being sold. Potential buyers dont want crippling debt and some loudmouth militant pricks ordering them to do things.

Yet I'm still here, my points being just as valid as when they were first posted without resorting to piss poor insults, very unfunny jokes and having to deal with the herd mentality.

We already have crippling debts so any investor will have to absorb that. If they cant deal with militant support, then they shouldn't saddle the club with un-necessary debt. There were no militant supporters until they went back on their word and did just that.

Why would you support shareliverpool? You support H&G and you support Broughton. Shareliverpool does not involve them. Its the ultimate in fan power and you don't like that as it scares your delicate sensibilities.

I'm pretty sure I've fallen out with KopKing before, because he is smug, irritating and eerily reminiscent of a variety of massive cunts that everyone despised like Syd et al.

However, the basic thrust of his point: Broughton is a part-time, bank-appointed, Chelsea-supporting stooge with no affinity or interest in the club is fair enough, until he proves otherwise.

Until then, he can be lumped in with the rest of that fucking board: none of them are to be trusted.

We left the sacking and now the appointment of a new manager of our club to these people

Maybe. They didn't fuck up the sacking though, as far as I can see. I was surprised how quick and painless that was, after expecting Rafa to hang on by his fingernails because they weren't offering him enough money.

I just thought KopKing was a clueless but ultimately harmless Rafa supporter before. Seems he's discovered rawk and SOS since then and become a kind of poor man's version of rebel.
 
I think LFC will have to relinquish the title of having the most knowledgable fans in the game.

No response to the email rather than a curt one would have been a better decision. I'm surprised by Broughton's lack of judgment on this, especially as he must have known it would be made public.

There should be no doubt about the impartiality of the Chairman. Real or imagined, there is.

If Kenny Dalglish has applied for the vacant Manager's position then he should be appointed immediately. Prevarication will only lead to further doubt.

None of this applies if a topline Manager has been identified but the World Cup means he can't be revealed until after.

It's going to be a long and fractious month.

By the same token though, they need time to prove themselves and not be lambasted by some idiot minority who are experts at jumping to conclusions from the off.

As said, the Rafa sacking was relatively painless, we could have forked out upto £16m but there was no public haggling and all has been carried out with a fair amount of dignity. Apparently many of his staff will be going to Italy with him, so we will be due compensation in return for them if that's the case, which will help cushion the £6m pay out.

The problem is STILL the owners, everyone else is (hopefully) making the best of a shit situation.

Purslow's made a good start with that massively improved sponsorship deal and, as you and themn point out, he and Broughton handled the negotiations with Rafa pretty well. These are not the actions of people who are focused on anything other than doing a good job for LFC - besides which, if they did f'ck things up, they'd be doing the same to their careers as a whole.
