I think we, as fans, have become paranoid in the extreme and that it appears that every appointment, sale, purchase and/or decision made has a darker ulterior motive. There's no trust whatsoever in anyone at LFC anymore which may of course be justified but alternatively may have no real founding whatsoever. We're relying on hearsay, rumours and shabby media reports to provide the evidence upon which we formulate our opinions. It's understandable how some opinions are formed of course but we've become so bombarded with rumours, hearsay, lies and deceipt it's hard to separate any kind of positivity and truth from the negative stuff these days.

As it happens, I don't think this is 'fair', especially considering you cast the first stone so to speak by accusing the entire forum of being out of touch with the real fans.

From there it went from bad to worse. Not only did you goad people, make slurs about their true support for the club and resort to childish and patronising insults, your posting style seemed to indicate you were more interested in prolonging an argument than actually discussing the topic in hand.

Small wonder then, that some people accuse you of being DJ Syd.

May I (respectfully) suggest in the future that in such situations you refrain from such behaviour, especially considering you've just admitted that you were on the wind up, as it is unhealthy for the forum as a whole and means that people like me who've not visited in a while don't have to wonder "Oooh, why's that thread 16 pages long" only to find it's a pissing contest.

If you've got nothing better to offer than winding people up, then best not to offer anything at all, eh?
