Hahaha. They just switched to the end of term match on tsn, & the commentator was banging on about how good Burnley were & the fact it was just one nil means he deserves a go with a bigger club.

It amazes me how short sighted & easily led the football world is.

LWLDLD is their form in their past 6 league matches. Long may it continue

No.

Gomez is too young to be playing cb regularly. Not only that, but if you do it, then should TAA get injured you may well need to move him to full back again & break up the pairing.

CB's don't play regularly at CB at his age for good reason.

Pack your defence with hardworkers, put some journeymen up front who loves a scrap and you are immediately some genius manager.

He is doing a good job no doubt but the CONSTANT praises are getting a little cringe worthy.

Great isn't it. People were creaming themselves over Everton and Spurs in the summer as well.
As it stands, we only have Glock and Modo in the Klopp out camp right now, but I'm positive there'd have been Klopp out threads had we had the same run of results as Spurs.

Good points for why not,
But on the other hand, you take Lovren and Klavan out of the team and may finally find some stability at the back for the first time in like 4 years I think. It will also be refreshing not to have anyone who's half braindead at the back.

And about TAA getting injured - we'll have Clyne back at some point

Gomez and TAA in the back four will not give us stability.
 
That fucking wanker Dunk has scored as many own goals already this season as Kuyt scored for us ten years ago, but he's a far better player than Frim.

Both of those kids have mistakes in them, they do so in most games. Wouldn't want Gomez under the spotlight at CB yet and Gomez and TAA lining up on the right half of defense would not inspire confidence.

I don't quite know how Chris Hughton, journeyman player, journeyman manager, suddenly got redescribed as a paragon of decency, kindness and socialism, but it's laughable. Apparently he refused to shake Klopp's hand at FT, AND gave him a lecture, because he felt Klopp celebrated 'offensively' when we scored. Someone should take that impersonation of a vertical cigarette and give him a slap, the daft twat.

It was a great victory considering the makeshift defence but I would rather that Coutinho does not score or be the great provider he was today. - we don't want great things from players that are looking to go out. We have 3 goals in today's game from want away players - I don't think that is a great thing at all.65% of me thinks they should rot or be used sparingly.
