Like I said, we'd be fucked with those two in the cene against most teams.

That said adam & Lucas aren't strong enough either.

Stevie best stay fit.

Lucas needs some new boots, preferbly with some studs.

Decent game, but the 2nd half was a bit shite. Poor from Spearing and Carra for the peno but delighted with the win.
Great to see Stevie G back. Looked fit and ready to go!

I'm not blaming him for it happening, but he did give away a penalty.

Not sure it's his best game of the seaosn. He started the season very well to didn't he?

I can't remember the specific game, Arsenal maybe? He was excellent.
 
Only caught this last 20-25 mins or so, but Brighton seem to have given a very good account of themselves.

Makes me feel quite proud to see how much they've come on (they're my 2nd team)

hopefully carra is getting back to his best because this season I think he has been poor

Yeah, in favour of Coates, who wont make any mistakes that could cost us a goal...
 
Not sure how on earth we are going to get through the season with the limited selection of DECENT central midfielders..

From Alonso, Gerrard, and Masher to Adam, Gerrard and Lucas/Spearing/Shelvey.

Giving me doubts it is.

That was a terrible piece of play. Also made some important interceptions and looked composed at times. Long way to go though
