Konate is a class act but he had an utter mare today having a hand (or knee) in ALL three goals. Off his knee for the first, losing his man for the Wissa header and the stumble. A rather ignominious return to the team.

Keita is fucking shit and caused the issue. Yeah we struggled to defend it, but thats an issue down to the highline and the fact every cunt knows to hit us, exploiting the space behind.
Konate stumbled. That and only that was the direct cause of the goal - he should have cleared it, the stumble was strange resulting from an innocuous coming together. 99/100 he would have cleared it.

Never thought much of Harvey, doesn't bring anything.

Lacks pace.
Physically weak as baby piss.
Doesn't offer any runs in behind.
Basic selection of passing.
Can shoot well enough but doesn't.
And has no defensive ability.

Konate had an off day. It happens.
It’s the rest of the team and our performances that worry me.

it's games like this ... where our team really really misses Mane.
A player who would want the ball, run at the team and never shy away.
Maybe Darwin will be that in a year or two - but we miss that edge.
None of our front players have it.
Yes Mane was the heart of our team it seems

I wish that Klopp would just be more pragmatic with this aging squad... We have to start with not conceding first every game... We have to build up again with a new style for these players.

I wouldn't be blaming Elliot for being a bad CM... it was never meant to be his position... He is not a midfielder... and he shouldn't be being picked there...

Again.. why spend a boatload on Nunez and ignore the rest of the squad... I'd argue the same with Gakpo and some of the crazy wages we handed out to aging players... we spent our limited funds very poorly... Billy Beane would be disgusted...

Keita lost it but it was literally three on one with zero support in the immediate vicinity. Konate stumbling cost the goal because otherwise it would never have been, no matter how we got to that position.
Someone needs to tell Konate if you are the last man just put it out. He got away with it a couple of times.. his luck ran out.

Keita was better than most when he came on, driving the team forward. I know he’s [for right reasons] a bête noir for some here but the damage had already been done before and were playing catch up.

Sorry, but Klopp still wouldn't address our problems. He can't seem to see them.

This is the problem. I dont think the squad, well our strongest 11 is poor. Its the system. Its a fucking retarded system that is getting smashed every fucking game nowadays.

Indeed. We’re trying to play the football Klopp wants to but we havent got the players to do it.
Our midfield just doesnt have the physicality needed.

what happened to the klopp from that period a couple of months back, the one who realised we had to change our stripes?

I’m blaming the ref for the first. I think it was a handball.

I’m putting more blame on the donkey for not scoring when we were playing well.

The ref was and is horrendous. That doesnt excuse our own shitness. Its just a fact.
Atwell has had it in for us for God knows how long.
The Robertson red and not sending off Kane away to Spurs was the perfect example.

Robertson was a red though. Yes Kane should have been sent off.

Can see why the handball wasn't given. Wasn't clear, arm by his side, didn't appear to change the flight of the ball.

We can't blame the ref for this.. it was our shit tactics.

Keita has the dynamism of a three legged 17 year old dog.
