What will we do with Cavallieri...and Itandje(!!)? And the other 34 keepers we have in our squad?
Buy a young english promising goalkeeper instead of Jones if the rest of the keepers are so shit that they can´t even sit on the bench and let the youngster play in carling and perhaps even in the Europa league (because the league HAS to be top priority).

Cavalieri is going nowhere apparently..
As new rules stipulate 25 man squad its common sense to have 3 keepers within that 25 man squad as you would with any squad you would name for any tournament.
Why we did not choose any of our other keepers beats me.. I guess they are not up to much, Can't be the home grown rule, surely!!! Given the majority are under 21

Bringing in Jones pushes the likes of Gulasci and Bouszanis further down the pecking order. Both of whom are goalkeepers with great potential

He certainly wants to go. That all seems to have gone quiet for the moment at least, but it's hard to see why Roy would have bothered to move in for Jones if Cavalieri - who I think has done OK as backup keeper - were staying.

It's the ONLY thing that makes any sense (though not as much as getting someone cheaper to fulfill the same role).
