Well as expected, the little lowlife jabbed his way to an easy decision. He's like one of those players of FIFA or Tekken that has one great move and it pretty much works every time, so that's all they use over and over and over again. He's starting to bore the pants off me, I'd just love to see him in a brawl for once and if he wins he wins.

There was a brief period when Manny was at his best and Mayweather had retired. If they'd made the match then Manny could have taken him IMO.
I think Mayweather knew this, but also knew that Manny would 'age' quicker than him. If they'd have taken the fight when they were both in their prime, Manny would have done him. It now looks like Mayweather the king of defensive boxing will retire with an unblemished record and one of the greats of all time.

Manny in his prime struggled against JMM even after he knocked him down 3 times. Mayweather dominated him from start to finish, like he did Canelo.

Agree JJ but part of me wonders how long Khan will be able to last throwing punches and not connecting before he gets frustrated and tries to start a tear up. If he goes that route then it'll be done even quicker.

They could do it if Mayweather fancied just battering someone, like a bum off the street. But it makes no sense apart from that, it'd make no money as khan is shit, and he could easily ko him in the first round if he wanted to. I presume 'money' only wants fights that will make him big money.
Mayweather's next fight is a difficult one, the only one that makes sense now is the big one, Manny. But I think he might batter him now.
Other options are Golovkin who's a lot bigger than him (as was Alvarez), and Martinez, but he's 38 and Bradley. People are talking about Danny Garcia, but he's shit, and a midget.
The division(s) around him are pretty light for talent.
I would expect him to fight Timothy Bradley next, if he gets past Marquez next month.

I'm a big fan of boxing but hate the current state of the sport.
The oldens are always good. You tube is great for this. I'd never actually seen this before but spent a good 40 mins watching this today. I'd highly recommend it. Those who know their boxing history will know this was one of the greatest shock defeats ever!
