High pressing, good touch, and surprisingly good range of passing.

He should have had 2, but considering we were fucking awful, I was impressed he had the opportunity to get a second he was that starved up top

Best player?? Maybe of a bad bunch in a poor game. Generally though he looked poor, and just can't seem him working in this team. Thought Gomez looked the best tbf.

Lovren will never be good enough for us. Just mediocre.
Ibe was well below my expectation of him, he could be much better on his day.

All in all, we have Coutinho, Benteke, Firmino(I hope), Hendo, Milner, Can, Skrtel,Clyne and Mignolet who are good enough for a top 4 finish, that's 9 players, we just need a few more to up their respective game and we could do it.

Milner is a very good player. It baffles me that anyone can think otherwise.

Well that's what managers tend to do if they want to see a game out, go a little more defensive by taking a attacking player off.

Yep - we had a hard away fixture list then too at the start of the season but it played into our hands later on when all those teams had to come to Anfield. We can dream anyway ;-)
