It's games like this when I have to watch the anti-footballer Kuyt at his eye-bleeding worst that I wonder why on earth a skilful little fucker like Suso isn't on the bench.

I mean, really, could any of the reserves do any worse on the right wing? Ince? Bruna? Pacheco? Amoo?

Jova is the worst footballer I've seen at Liverpool since I don't really know when.

He's beyond hapless.

Judging by todays performance alone Kuyt and Johnson is not far that standard either. Please improve.

Overall far better than under Roy and I reckon there's more to come from Torres.

there is good movement going forward but the passing ability is a huge problem. most of the crosses haven't even made it past the first man and through ball attempts are pathetic. it's a decent set up if gerrard were in the team but definitely need for good wingers

Johnson hasn't been that bad at left back, it's just he's had that useless fucker Jovanovic ahead of him. Is Cole fit? If so it's him for Jova. If not, Maxi for Jova. In fact, *whatever* the fuck he does next, should involve removing Jovanovic from the field of play.

Serious lol, I figured. I'm happy to be patient on this.

Its easy to be up for it playing Manure away in the FA cup, this is Blackpool away on a cold Wed night and we look like we are interested at least. I'm happy with the effort so far, I'm happy we are making a damn effort to do that whole passing and moving shizzle. It hasn't worked everytime but that's cos its gonna take more than three days of playing five a side football to teach some of these troggs how to trap a ball and pass it forward to a team mate with only two touches before looking for the ball again.

Their goal came from Torres losing the ball in the middle, he should not have passed back to Raul so quickly and kept hold of it. He didn't Raul fucked up and then so did Agger, who should have gone in stronger but was probably bricking it and didn't wana give away another penalty.

Plus the commentator on sky is pissing me off, ooh last time he was manager he had Rush, Barnes oh last time he was manager they would never be this shit, ooh last time he was..fuck off we know mate.
 
We started off positive in attack but chaotic in defence. Gradually we've grown slightly less chaotic and slightly less positive.

We are at least pressing higher up the pitch, attempting to pass the more quickly to feet, and pushing the full-backs up to the byline, and mentally we don't look like we're just waiting for another away defeat. So all of that is kudos to Kenny.

Unfortunately he also has to take the blame for picking a pretty bad starting XI.

It'll be interesting to see if he changes anything at HT...
