Big three days.

Well we have been doing for flipping years and years, the best we have is spending tens of million on Henderson.
We have had hundreds of preospects and starlets since gh took over and transformed the club, we had loads under rafa also and really none of them could handle playing for a big club like lfc.

At what point will this happen then?

Behold as we lose or draw against Wigan as always and the Big Three Days become the Small Wet Fart.

I don't think that's accurate. Imo most of the prospects we previously went after were cheap and hopeful punts. I think the current policy I'm referring to only really started in 2010 with the signings of Shelvey and especially Sterling: that is, the very best young players available. I think the success rate on those players is actually relatively high. I guess we'll see if it works over the next 5 years or so. I'm very confident it will.

It coincided with Dalglish's return to the club initially in the youth role.

Yep, but I'm sure Comolli also deserves credit. He seems to be excellent at selling clubs to youngsters, which is odd because he always seems singularly charmless to me.

After 2 away games in 5 days, it'll be good to go back to Anfield for the next 2 matches and try to put our home record right. Fingers crossed.

Thanks for the hex iseered.

Granted 2 from 6 is a poor return but 5 from 9 will make things slightly better - fingers crossed though. :-[
