That interpretation from the news is heavily biased and is reporting upon lost cases as victories. The defendant's haven't won anything. There is no prize for managing to avoid defeat in a lawsuit. It's like a boxer celebrating a punch he managed to slip in the first moments of the round.
There's a hearing in this case today. Doesn't look like the democrats have intervened, so you'd have to be pretty fucking useless to not win when your opponent doesn't show up. If they win this, then that's an order striking off a couple of thousands mail in votes for various irregularities. Then you take that order, plead the same irregularities in your next case, and the chances of winning are automatically higher.

Actually I was reading today that not all court decisions in the US set precedent. It depends on the level of the court. So that doesn't necessarily follow.
For example the win for Democrats re. Mail-In voting in Penn last week DID set a precedent which led immediately to the substantially watered down Republican lawsuit submission because they knew they'd now lose it.
You can only set a precedent upon lower courts, but it is still going to be persuasive if not binding.
And yet you don’t think there was any good interference with the Russian election.

If there’s any doubt - I’d imagine the number of people willing to regularly protest against the horrible prick is an indicator of how divisive he is.
So no - I don’t believe there’s a secret plot involving Dominion & Smartmatic with Peter Neffenger being some sort key link man between Biden and the companies.
It’s not even remotely odd that Neffenger is being added to the Biden transition team.
If you are going to go with some sort of theory that this is part of an actual thought out plot involving - dear lord - I’m sure there are easier ways to get rid of Trump than this current fannying about.

I don’t know who’s censoring what about Neffenger- it’s on his fecking Wikipedia page, his picture and bio are on the Smartmatic website - so he’s not Blofeld (you’ll need to watch one the Bond films, I guess).
Like I said - he’s not some left field appointment that isn’t suitable for the task he’s volunteered for- he’s literally the guy that was working for Homeland Security 4 years ago and handed over a key department to the bloke that’s still in the job.

When you outperform, all the money wants to go to you, if you charge 40% performance fees it's not hard to see how he become a billionaire.
His proper maths is still grossly inaccurate though, it's not even close to being the correct solution.

So the day of the hearing is here, Trumps go to "lawyer" has fired the attorneys that were working the case, and showed up to argue before the judge himself. I suspect he looked at the fees the actual lawyers were claiming, and decided he wants in on the action instead. Fucking christ. I can't believe he didn't suicide this retarded cunt after the borat film. Then the fucking press conference at four seasons, you'd suicide him and mutilate his corpse for a week or two just for that alone.
