It's the median, so it's not skewed by anything, it tells you the wages of everyday people.
The long term trend is that wages went nowhere for those people for a long time (due to the globalist policies of their woke presidents). Then they went through the roof under Trump (due to the capitalist polices of their greatest president). Doesn't take a genius to forecast where the wages are headed under Biden.

If broken down into percentages of wage earners you'll find the vast majority of growth in median wages is driven by the top heavy economy we live in. Times are good for upper level management, and even better for ceos. They have been racing away from the everyday man since the 60s and the pace has even accelerated.
Benefit cost increases have been outstripping real take pay for ages, which is something I've seen.Further, productivity has been outstripping real take home pay for average workers for ages.
