Big D vs Twitter

They have seen the evidence, and proven it to themselves. The court cases aren't viewed by them as incompetence, or even as corruption for the most part. They were about constitutional arguments. The democrats, media, liberals and establishment saying no ethidence no ethidence and then censoring them, is not viewed as oh we incompetently failed to prove it. It's viewed for what it is, lying about the nature of the court cases, inventing a fake narrative, and then treating the people like they are so stupid as to fall for it.

Oh FYI: to plead fraud in a court, you need to state the particulars of the fraud. Where it happened, how it happened, who did it, when they did it. You need to specify what the fraud is. This is why it was never pleaded, because it's literally impossible to know this. It does not however mean you cannot know that fraud must have taken place.

That's like a football manager continually blaming the FA, the refs and the opposition teams for losing. After a point no-one should be interested in excuses... it's a results game.

An amateur footballer is being hunted by police in Argentina after he shot and killed a referee moments after being sent off.

Cesar Flores, 48, was refereeing a match between local youth teams in the central city of Cordoba when he sent off the player for a foul. The player went to the dressing room but soon returned, armed with a revolver, and shot Flores three times to the head, neck and chest. Another player, 25-year-old Walter Zarate, was also shot but is not reported to be in critical condition.

But, it's not a game when the other side have guns.

It’s a good job that’s in Argentina.

If that we’re in the US, the NRA would be calling for all referees to be armed.

It won't shock you to learn that I've 180'd my opinion on that too. If I was American, the government would terrify me more than getting blown away in a mass shooting. The more people with semi automatic rifles the more comfortable I would now feel. Great job Joe great job!

Yeah a semi automatic is going to protect you from a govt with a 700 billion dollar military budget. They could just laser you from space or something

The military come from the sorts of families that own the rifles. They would not kill their own people. So the government will then have to build machines to do it instead. I have foreseen it all.

The socialist soldiers will do what they're told, as will the socialist military researchers who are building the machines.

Laches. It's Laches not Latches

For God's sake if your going to pretend to be lawyer, learn to spell these terms!
Dantes wrote:

"Judge: you're barred by the doctrine of latches."

This is an obscure legal term that you haven't heard of but Dantes has. It means that the person is barred because of the latch on the door.

My prediction is that Trump will resign when it starts to look like there might be enough votes/absences to convict. And then the question will be if Pence will attempt to preemptively pardon him. One way or another, he will not serve out his full term, I'm fairly sure of that.
Nah. He's too far gone. He believes he is invincible.

Lots of the military types didn't like it when Captain Bone Spurs said anyone who got captured or injured was a loser.

Listening to the impeachment debate. It's very clear that Trump will not be impeached by the senate. Only 6 republicans so far have said they will side with the Democrats.

Unless there is about a 80% pass by the house, it will be doomed in the senate. Even more so in the current senate.

It's because their basis for the impeachment is a figment of their imagination. Pure fiction. Trump derangement syndrome. The republicans know that the public know it's nonsense, so whoever votes in support of it is basically offering up their suicide note.

That representative who gave the speech about the wright brothers, and the sound barrier, and moon landings, I did like that, unfortunately it's falling on deaf ears in that room full of cunts, but he was nothing but nothing but right about their country, it even made me feel less bloodthirsty for a moment, almost brought a tear to the eye. Almost.
