The market closed at 51.48. It's going to open today at around 48.12. That's a huge gap down. Tremendous bigly gap down. The last time it gapped down like that was when they published their shite earnings report in october. TSLA has been amazing over last 9 months and starting to finally deliver consistently so don’t expect a massive drop soon especially with institutional investors onboard.

Yes, I can't be totally sure, but that is a crime, of course we'd need to wait and see what the court makes of it before rushing to any conclusions about that being a crime.
