Big D vs Twitter

She didn't look like she was posing any threat. I mean he could have fired a warning shot. But I guess it is America.

Yeah, as Woland says, starting his own party will be the way forward for him I guess.
But I cant see him there in 2024, but lets see.

Nah... I don’t think so - that only comes if he doesn’t get the GOP nomination.

He can still run in the Primary & caucus - it’s then up to the registered l support base to select - I don’t think there’s anything to stop him running - except lack of cash - or if he polls badly (which wouldn’t stop him).

That’s the problem the GOP face - Trump will be out telling everyone that he is the GOP and if not for him it’d be history.

But he needs the GOP to run a government.

Trump has been stirring this pot for months, even years. Fake news, going after the media, building up the election to be rigged if he didnt win and then not acknowledging that Biden won. Telling the Proud boys to stand by and be ready. Getting 250 mill $ from his supporters in the process.

Its solely on Trump. He, and maybe Dantes and Ross, might be so fucking stupid that they dont understand that Trump's rallys even before yesterdays event in Washington agitated his supporters and they acted on his behalf. Just listen to them being interviewed. "We just wanted to be a voice and be heard". Its like a cult, acting out a coup.

You know its bad when even Loeffler, who looks like a cross between Boris Johnson's twin and the Evil Ice Queen, says that she cant go ahead with the planned protests in the Senate after this.

And Trump wont come out of this as a billionaire. He's 400 mill $ in debt and has now alienated pretty much everyone who supports him financially.
He'll end up in prison and getting his salad tossed every day to the pleasure of everyone but him.

Lets hope Pence has the sense to invoke the 25th, and restore some of his own political legacy. Not a single politician or human being would want to be connected to what happened yesterday.
Should I ban @Rosco and @dantes.. ??

Breaching SCM Cunts Integrity Policy ?

I agree with that - but it’s not the first time I’ve seen a video of someone getting shot in the US that wasn’t posing a threat.

Stupid...but I don't think she deserved to be killed.

That said, I can see that if she had broken through, waves would have followed.

The saddest thing about Trump winning four years ago is that the political establishment didn't learn a single thing from their defeat. Instead of trying to react constructively to the fact that many saw them as an aloof, corrupt, class-based elite, they spent the best part of the next four years trying to use the courts to throw out the interloper, thus reinforcing the negative view of themselves. And now they have an intellectually-empty company man in charge, The Lying Rag-bleached poster boy of the old party machine, and a man who ought to burn in hell for what he helped do in Northern Ireland. It makes Hobbes seem like an optimist.

Agreed - no one there deserved to be killed, and the whole thing could easily have been prevented... by the President.

If that were a black woman that got shot, I'm pretty sure right-wing nuts would be looking into her criminal record right now, seeing if she was a single mom, whether she had any driving offences and if all that fails, they'd simply say "well, she was breaking things, looting and trying to create chaos".

Sad she lost her life like that, but there's a difference between protesting against police in the streets and trying to break and enter into the Houses of Parliament. (or Capitol Hill)

There's probably likely to be a more deadlier resistance when trying to break into the Houses of Parliament as opposed to outside of Sainsburys (or Walmart in their case).

I'm pretty sure it never crossed her mind that she would be shot and killed like that; some would argue that this proves white privilege doesn't exist. Although, it certainly did in her mind, and she paid for it with her life. No sane black person would ever believe they wouldn't get shot like that if they tried to storm Capitol Hill in the same way, that's fo 'sho.

As if Trump will be anywhere near the Presidential campaign for 2024. The Republican party will wash their hands off him. After yesterday, he fucked that up.
And it will be difficult to run a campaign from prison.

They hardly embraced him in 2016 though! The Repubkican Party itself will be glad to see the back of him and most actual Republican politicians didn't want him in the first place, but if he can maintain or even grow his support amongst voters then he may be able to get himself installed as the candidate again.

I suspect he probably won't though. Once he is actually a former President then at least some people will naturally lose interest in him. What happens to him in the long term will depend on what lengths he goes to to try to get attention.

The ideal solution would be to divide the country. Then the north can install a proper socialist like Sanders and see how it works out for them, because that is their view. The south can install a proper capitalist like Trump/Ivanka, and see how that works out. A republican or a democrat president speaks to neither side with their policies, they only say the right things to appeal to that side then proceed to enrich themselves usually with globalist policies that have bled the country dry and are the root cause of people drifting to extreme political views.

One hopes the lengths he go to, to get attention, involve numerous court cases, a documentary and possibly a reality show about life in prison.

I wonder which is more unpleasant, mace or tear gas? I've experienced a face full of tear gas, perhaps I need to experience some mace.

Well, it does make your eyes water like fuck. Then it burns the wet skin making the pain worse. It's not actually a gas but a fine powder so it clings to things like dust. But I didn't cry.

I suggest staging a revolution on Capitol Hill.

Just don’t try to climb through any windows.
